Well, I can finally say I'm almost ready to go! I got a replacement for my lost passport thanks to a super nice passport agent in Chicago. I was in and out in 2 hours with passport in hand, so that worked out better than expected. I'm going to have to glue this one to myself so as not to lose it...I am also booking my plane ticket today, as well as turning in my paperwork to the internship coordinator. It is all coming together! My departure date is set for September 11th at 6:41 PM. I will be having get-togethers in St. Louis and in Kansas City prior to my departure to say "Bon Voyage!" I will send out e-vites/invites as soon as the plans are finalized!
My first two weeks in Wales will entail finding a place to live (might be kind of important...) and going on a little mini-UK tour following around a musician that I love, Jonah Matranga.
I will visit Newcastle (yay, brewery tour!), Liverpool, Nottingham, Leeds, Cardiff, Bristol, London, etc. I will see seven consecutive shows, on seven different nights, in seven different cities. I plan to rent a car to do this tour, so wish me luck driving on the other side of the road!So that's it for now folks...hope to see as many people as I can before I leave. Yay!!!!! I am very happy that you got that all sorted out love. I will miss you a lot though just so you know, I might even cry. :-(
Anyways you need to let me know when those dates are for your leaving functions cause I want to go to both!!! Yeah that's right I am going to both lady. :-)
Anyways you are going to have so much fun while you are there I can feel it.
